Classes and Events:

Due to the nature and popularity of our classes and events, refunds will not be allowed, and payment in advance is required to reserve a spot in our classes. If you would like to transfer your class spot to another individual, you may - just let us know by contacting us at 510artlab@gmail.com. Sometimes we have a waiting list for full classes (not all, but some) so you are welcome to contact us to see if we do. If the spot can be filled by someone you find, or someone on a waiting list, we may be able to give a refund to you.

Weather:

We typically cancel or reschedule if there is a travel advisory from the National Weather Service (www.weather.gov) for Sauk Centre. However, sometimes our instructors are coming from other cities or states and travel can be impeded so we are forced to reschedule. If we cancel a class or event, you will receive a refund. If we reschedule and you cannot make the new date, we will also issue a refund.

Illness:

If we cancel a class or event due to illness, you will receive a refund. If we reschedule a class or event and you cannot make the new date, we will also issue a refund. Refunds are not issued if you become ill. If you are ill and would like to transfer your class spot to another individual, you may - just let us know by contacting us at 510artlab@gmail.com. Memberships:

Memberships are nonrefundable. In the event you are a monthly subscriber, you can notify us, or log into the Member Hub and access your account to cancel at any time. At the time of cancellation, any remaining time on your month will still apply, and instead of auto-charging your account, your membership will end and your keyfob will be deactivated. Please return your keyfob to us, so we can reuse it for another member in the future. As a non-profit, we appreciate this immensely!
